RETURNS & REFUNDS 

 

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your clothing purchases. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your orders, we are more than happy to assist you and make your shopping experience delightful.

 

In the event that you wish to return items, please ensure they are in a saleable condition, complete with intact labels and in their original packaging. Items should be unwashed and returned in their entirety. Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the products.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

  • Masks, undergarments, and accessories cannot be returned.
  • Within (2) two days of receiving your order you can request for return, items must be in their original, unused condition and packaged as they were when you received them.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the labeling or garment has been tampered with during your possession.
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, it must be returned within 2 days.
  • Original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging should be present and unaltered. If any of these are missing or modified, the Quality Check process will reject the return request.
  • You can return more than one product from the same order.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you about the approval or denial of your refund request.
  • Please allow a processing time of approximately (5-7) five to seven days for your refund to be processed.
