SHIPPING PROCESS
Our shipping partners attempt delivery two or three times. In case of unsuccessful delivery, we recommend reaching out to them to reschedule.
Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to logistics constraints. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund cannot be issued, and we cannot be held responsible.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Domestic deliveries take 3-8 days to reach your doorstep.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If you've ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate boxes on different days due to availability and shipping location. To ensure safe transit, our products are often shipped separately, leading to multiple deliveries.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order is placed, address modifications are not possible. However, if you need to change the address, you can contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request.
